So... if we're being real here... I've fallen behind on laundry. One night, we moved it all to the workout room and sorted it. Today, as I was cleaning the boys' room and 2 bathrooms, I wondered what the kids were doing that was keeping them so quiet. THIS was what they had done....
When my kids grow up, I’m going to their house to break their stuff, eat all their food, make a huge mess, say I’m bored & then just leave!
As I was cleaning, I was thinking how great it was that they were playing so well together. It was really helpful.. and then this. Bleh! I let them continue to play because what more damage could they do at this point? Well, duh mom... let me tell you what they did. They drug it all into the bathroom, put a yoga mat on top and tried to slide down it. Yes...the bathroom that I JUST scoured. Not gonna lie.. I was mad! They put it all back, but yea... it's still unpleasant to think about this room.
On a more positive note.. look at these awesome JUMBO blueberry muffins I made! They tasted like crap but they smelled and looked good! I think I need to add a bit more sugar or get fresher blueberries. They were kind of metallic tasting. Good texture... I'm learning. Pretty proud of these babies. :)
Also, out of boredom...I decided to do my own ombre effect on my hair. ONE darn strand turned lighter... see it? I guess I'll have to go get real hair dye for this... See..this is what lack of FB does to me... I start chopping and coloring hair, and baking amazing things. Guess cleaning house and doing laundry should be added to my "I'm bored" list. meh...
